For more than four decades Tom DeMark has been helping people anticipate and understand market trends through a comprehensive market timing technical analysis toolkit called the DeMark Indicators. As Mr. DeMark's company, Market Studies, prepared to expand Nocturnal was tasked with creating a dynamic new brand to herald their new initiatives and growth.

Nocturnal conducted extensive competitive analysis and brand perception research to better define the new brand's position in the marketplace. Findings from the research formed the foundation of a comprehensive brand strategy centered around a name change to DeMark Analytics. An updated messaging platform and a striking new visual identity were designed to articulate the tenets of the new brand to the public.

The new identity and messaging were applied to all brand touchpoints, both internally and externally, including corporate communications, advertising, a state-of-the-art responsive web site, a detailed brand standards manual and assorted corporate collateral and investor pieces.
